STEP 2: Telephone Interview
If you have been selected to continue to the interview process, we will contact you within 3 business days and schedule a telephone interview. Here we hope to get to know you better and answer any questions you may have for us!
STEP 3: In-Person Interview & Salon Tour
If we both agree to proceed, we'll schedule an in-person interview and salon tour!
STEP 4: Training
After a great interview...let's give it a try! We'll schedule you for 3 training sessions before we officially join forces. Training sessions will take place on three separate days and last for 2-3 hours each. We also offer additional virtual/self-lead online training.
